Usage of AlphaGem Common Blackberry - Rubus Fructicosus Biological:
Take 5 to 15 drops daily, between meals, directly on the tongue (hold in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing), unless otherwise advised by your health professional. The drops can also be diluted with a little water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
