This syrup provides quick relief and makes it easier to breathe in cases of constipation. Alant syrup helps smokers fight the discomforts of tobacco. Rocket, or common arugula, contains sulfur compounds that soothe the vocal cords. Elder helps maintain natural defenses and soothes irritated voice and throat.

Ingredients

Syrup of alant compositum* {Eucalyptus* (Eucalyptus globulus labill.) ; fresh root of Alant* (Inula helenium L.); Lungwort* (Pulmonaria off.) ; common rocket* (sisymbrium officiales L. Scop.) ; Plantain* (Plantago major L. ) ; Ginger* (Zingiber off.) ; hulled barley* (Hordeum vulg.)} ; water; sugar*, syrup of Elder* (Sambucus nigra), honey*, extract of buds of poplar* (Populus nigra L.), essential oil of myrtle* (Myrtus communis L.).

Dosage

1 teaspoon 1 to 5 times a day
