Zechsal magnesium oil is the highly concentrated liquid form of magnesium chloride dissolved in water. It is called magnesium oil because it is oily to the touch. Magnesium oil is ideally suited to quickly and effectively absorb magnesium through the skin. Convenient and inexpensive to use, for the whole body. The best places to absorb magnesium are the feet, armpits and abdominal area. But if you suffer from cramps or tense muscles, it is also wise to treat the spot itself. Tip: store at room temperature to avoid crystals in the liquid!

Dosage and use

Use 10 sprays daily (approx. 200 mg, half the daily requirement), preferably spread over the day, e.g. morning and evening. Leave it on for at least 10 minutes. Then rinse off if desired. A slight tingling and warm feeling are normal and indicate that the magnesium is being absorbed. Your skin becomes pleasantly supple and you can enjoy total relaxation.

Tip: If the skin is warm (e.g. after showering or exertion) this greatly enhances absorption. Avoid contact with your eyes or open wounds, as this can cause a caustic sensation. Note: if the oil comes into direct contact with your clothes or bedding, this can cause stains. So always let it soak in for a while before getting into bed or putting on clothes. When using before bed, it is best to put on an old shirt or use socks if you have smeared it on your feet. Ingredients: 31% magnesium chloride, aqua.
